Services offered

I, Mirsada, provide structured literacy tutoring for students in grades K-3 (ages 5-9). Each session is tailored to the individual needs of the student, focusing on reading fluency, comprehension, and phonics skills.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled in advance on mutually agreed-upon dates and times. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee or forfeit the session without a refund.Rescheduling: If a session is canceled with appropriate notice, it can be rescheduled within the same week, subject to availability.

Payment Policy

Payments are due in full before the first session. Payment plans may be discussed for long-term arrangements. Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Zelle. No refunds will be provided for completed sessions.

Late Policy

Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the session will not be extended, and the full session fee will apply. If the tutor is late, the time will be added to the session or rescheduled at no additional cost.

Parental Involvement

Parents are encouraged to discuss their child’s progress and goals. However, to maintain focus during sessions, parents should allow the tutor and student to work one-on-one unless otherwise agreed.

Student Expectations

Arrive on time and prepared for each session.Have the necessary materials, including any assignments or books provided.Stay focused and engaged during sessions.

Tutor’s Responsibilities

Provide structured, individualized instruction tailored to the student’s needs.Communicate progress and areas for improvement to parents as necessary. Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment.

Confidentiality

All personal and academic information shared during tutoring sessions will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without parental consent.

Liability

The tutor is not responsible for a student’s academic grades, test results, or other performance metrics outside of tutoring sessions. Progress depends on the student’s effort and engagement during and outside of sessions.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the tutoring agreement with one week’s notice. Refunds for unused sessions may be issued at the tutor’s discretion.

Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients will be notified of any updates in advance.
